MAP specialise in bringing our clients unique and alternative methods of investment. We were established in 2004 and are part of the MAP Group of Companies who have been helping clients buy property for over 27 years.

Our company strategy is not about selling holiday homes, we predominately specialise in overseas property investment which gives clients high rates of capital and income returns. These yields are achieved through having third party contracts with tour operators and world wide travel agents.

We have focused our strategy on the ownership of freehold hotel style property. This provides a rental income without the usual responsibilities of running a property portfolio. Ownership does not involve maintaining or finding the holiday maker. This is sub-contracted and you simply sit back and receive the income.
