Our company strategy is not about selling holiday homes, we predominately specialise in unique alternative property investment in the UK and overseas which gives clients high rates of capital and income returns.
One of the areas we focus on is the overseas property market, our primary endeavour being to seek out inspiring investment opportunities for our clients. To date we have successfully operated in Canada, The Caribbean, and Florida. Orlando has become the focus of a lot of our attention recently due to high level of fast growth investment opportunities through the purchasing of foreclosed properties. We also offer our clients ownership of freehold hotel style property. This provides a rental income without the usual responsibilities of running a property portfolio. Ownership does not involve maintaining or finding the holiday maker. This is sub-contracted and you simply sit back and receive the income.
