All properties have a two year guaranteed rental of 10% of the original purchase price, paid from completion. After this time you will received 50% net of the rental ongoing. This is calculated by the management company based on the overall occupancy of the resort and the rental price of your property. You can use your property for 30 days during the year free of charge (excluding SIPP investors)
