- The value of the property can grow at a tax free rate within your pension scheme.

- Hotpods success in securing new tenants gives them the confidence to guarantee that a six year tenancy/lease will be in place giving you a return of 8% (£960) per annum for the first 2 years, this rises to 10% (£1,200) return in years 3 & 4 and 12% (£1,440) return on your investment in years 5 & 6.
- Hotpod rental starts at £29.00 (+ VAT) per week, which is equal to £1,508 (+VAT) per annum. After running costs this equates to give excellent percentage returns on your investment. The 6 year tenancy/lease in place on your Hotpod has fixed upwards only rental reviews and break clauses (for both parties) every 2 years.
